Why it happens
- The visit is scheduled quickly and framed as a courtesy tour.
- Buyers do not know what to look at, so they take a few photos and leave.

- The walkthrough is offered after insulation is installed.
- You are asked not to photograph.
- Drywall is already scheduled for the next morning.

- Can we walk before insulation, with the trades' work still visible?
- May I bring my inspector on the same visit?
- Who fixes an item found today, and by when?
