• “What is covered in year one, and how do I submit warranty requests?”

Three things to check

• Every appliance, faucet, fixture, outlet, and switch operates.
• Doors, windows, and cabinets align, latch, and seal; HVAC heats and cools in every room.
• Finishes reviewed under bright light: paint, drywall, tile, grout, flooring, trim, glass.
