- “Who verifies corrections before insulation and drywall go in?”
- “Can I see the HVAC design and confirm the installed equipment and duct layout match it?”

- Electrical: outlets, switches, recessed cans, and low-voltage runs present in the correct rooms.
- Plumbing and HVAC: lines supported and protected, ducts sealed and connected, returns and combustion air present.
- Framing and envelope: no notched or cut structural members left unrepaired, penetrations sealed, sheathing taped.
